Food safety information centre

The Food Safety Information Centre (FSIC) provides the public with accurate, understandable and verified information covering the whole food chain, i.e. from the farm to the consumer. Besides the issue of food safety, the FSIC focuses on issues of food supplies for the population. The FSIC publishes information materials and publications, implements professional events for adults and educational programmes for children and youth. The main FSIC communication channels are:
