A special pastry baked according to a historical recipe; ingredients: finely-ground flour, ground sugar, full eggs, water, baking powder, spices (cinnamon, aniseed, clove and badian) and honey or caramel. The baked dough is rolled into cones resembling human ears.

Hořické trubičky (rolled wafers)

Crisp wafers baked and spread with melted butter with added bee wax, covered with a mixture of sugar, ground nuts, almonds, cinnamon, vanilla, raisins or cocoa (depending on flavour) and rolled into rolls. Sometimes the rolls are filled with sweet cream and partially or fully chocolate-covered.

It is classified under the species "common carp". The body of this carp is typical of its high back. Its meat is of high quality and contains minimum fat. The meat is of a distinctive and typical taste due to raising the carps in high-quality, clean water. The designation has been officially protected in Bohemia since 1936.

Karlovarský suchar (rusk)

The rusk have been produced according to the same procedure in the spa town of Karlovy Vary for decades. The high quality of the product is partly due to local ingredients – thermal spring water and salt from Karlovy Vary. The rusks are a sought-after part of diet menus.

Budějovický měšťanský var
Beers from České Budějovice are produced from water from a specific source (artesian wells with water from an underground lake of the České Budějovice basin) and other selected high-quality ingredients. The brewery tradition in České Budějovice goes back to 1265 when the town (formerly called Budiwoyz or Budweis) was founded by King Přemysl Otakar II and received a brewing privilege. The names of the aforesaid beers have derived from their place of origin from the very beginning. The existing breweries are respectable followers of the brewing tradition in České Budějovice.

Lomnické suchary (rusks)

The rusks have been produced by the same method for almost 200 years; their appearance and taste remain the same. The rusks were awarded the Grand Prix first prize at the World Exhibition in Paris in 1927. They are produced in the following variants: Lomnické suchary biscuits with sugar flavour, "Lomnické suchary" with nut flavour, "Lomnické suchary" with almond flavour, "Lomnické suchary" with peanut flavour and "Lomnické suchary" for diabetics.

One of the specifics of the production of the "Chodské pivo" is the use of water with extremely low mineral content due to geological conditions in that locality. The "Chodské pivo" uses only Czech aromatic hop varieties (Žatecký poloraný červeňák or Sládek) and bitter hop varieties (e.g. Premiant).

The gingerbread is baked from wheat flour, sugar, egg content, bee wax, fruit jams, vegetable fats, cocoa, a mixture of gingerbread spices and baking powder. The "Pardubický perník" is produced in two variants: a sandwich gingerbread with a filling or a figure-shaped gingerbread, often richly decorated. The technology of the production of the gingerbread has been used with minor modifications for three centuries.

České pivo (beer)

The genuineness of the "České pivo" is based on many factors, such as ingredients used, the expertise of the brewing industry developed for centuries and special brewing procedures. The production of the "České pivo" is remarkable due to the use of decoction mashing, the brewing of wort and two-level fermentation. The entire brewing method (carefully selected ingredients and the malting and brewing of beer in traditional regions of the Czech Republic) gives rise to a specific and unique product of high renown.

The "Žatecký chmel" is a fine, semi-early aromatic hop used by breweries worldwide due to its exceptional qualities. The hop is irreplaceable in the brewing industry, especially in the brewing of high-quality brand beers.

Český kmín (caraway seeds)

This caraway is cultivated form non-deciduous varieties with a high content of essential oils. The caraway has been grown on Czech fields since the 19th century. The Czech Republic has optimum conditions for the growing of the caraway due to the structure of soil and natural conditions and a rich tradition in this practice. A long-term traditional expertise in the growing of the caraway is irreplaceable.

In the region of Nošovice, sauerkraut has been produced by the original, unchanged method since the very start of this production up to present. The qualities of this sauerkraut result from natural lactic fermentation in separate tubs - first the cabbage is trampled and then it undergoes fermentation for 6 weeks. The sauerkraut is typical of its sour or slightly bitter taste.

Chamomilla Bohemica (camomile)

"Chamomilla Bohemica" is a traditional name of "common camomile" from the regions of Bohemia. The Latin name has become a symbol for the production of this camomile with distinctive qualities. The camomile is unique primarily due to a high content of essential oils (up to 1%), mainly chamazulene. This quality makes Chamomilla Bohemica superior to drugs from other geographical regions. Its quality has been acknowledged at various fairs and exhibitions.

Všestarská cibule (onion)

The history of the large-scale growing of onion in Všestary goes back to 1964. This onion shows high contents of iron and vitamin B3. It is of round or egg-like shape. The skin is golden-yellow and the pulp is white or white-green.

Pohořelický kapr (carp)

This carp is of excellent growing rate, vigour, resilience and good health. The structure of body is typical of high back and small head. When processed, the fish is of exceptionally fine, fish-like taste. The carp is a sought-after culinary delicacy.
