Planning in the Field of Water Management

Planning in the field of water is defined by the Water Act. It is a continual systematic activity that shall be undertaken by the State and its purpose is to define and mutually harmonize public interests of protection of water as a compontent of the environment, reduction of the adverse impacts of floods and droughts, and sustainable use of water resources, especially for the purpose of drinking water supply.
